have had my chairgym for about a year and could see the resistance bands being worn down until 1 broke. figured should be able to get easy replacement, right?

WRONG! I called and they don't have them or sell them! what kind of a manufacturer cannot replace parts on a current product? never heard of such a thing!

they told me to try HSN! what are you kidding me? the product is useless without the bands . thanks chairgym for the 1 year of usage- don't buy this product!

customer service and support apparently is not important to them.

not the type of company I'd want to do business with. wish I knew this prior to.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
